WATERMARKED3Anyone who knows me, knows how much of a mustard fanatic I am! Whenever in a restaurant, I usually always request mustard for my dish to accompany the meat or vegetables.
WATERMAKED1Maille, the renowned French mustard brand has launched a new Mustard Mobile that will be touring Australia, visiting fine food events and award winning wine festivals. The Mobile started its national journey at Taste of Sydney in March. During the launch at Hickson Road Reserve in The Rocks, we were treated to a delicious ‘haute dog’ topped with Maille’s limited edition Truffle mustard. Besides selling a standard sausage sanga topped with mustard ($10), they are offering the ‘Maille Truffle Haute Dog’, a hot dog that comes with a clay pot of their extravagant Truffle Mustard for an indulgent $100. Untitled-2In addition, Maille has a huge range of mustard available to buy with even more online. When visiting London, I always made an effort to pay a visit to the Maille Mustard Flagship store in the Piccadilly Arcade. The beautiful store contains every mustard flavor one could dream of, from Candied Chestnuts & White Wine, to Mango Thai spice & White wine to Blue Cheese or Red Pepper, Garlic & White wine – and you can sample them all!

The Maille Mustard Mobile will be touring Australia. For locations and dates visit the Maille Australia Facebook.
