Golden Century Seafood Restaurant, Moore Park

Moore Park Golden Century Seafood Restaurant

What a nice ending to a very hectic week. The Eyeblaster AU team switched on our Outlook out-of-office assistants, and diverted our direct lines for what we hoped to be a peaceful Friday afternoon... Lunch was served at the Moore Park Golden Century Seafood Restaurant. The ceiling to floor windows exposed us to the lovely landscaped streets of the Entertainment Quarter. The interior was spacious and airy... also unexpectedly quiet.
Yum Cha at Crystal seafood Restaurant, Strathfield

Yum Cha at Crystal Seafood Restaurant, Strathfield

Early Sunday morning, crowds gather amongst the steps of this restaurant to wait for a seat. Towards the busier afternoon, numbered tickets are handed out to ensure that it's a smooth process (yes, hungry yum-cha goers can sometimes make a scene if the queue is unjustified). Once our number is called, we feel a sense of pride... as though we've just won exclusive entrance to a celebrity fested event. I felt everyone's envy as we were hushed into the busy restaurant.
Bay Gardens Seafood Buffet, Novotel Brighton Beach

Baygarden Seafood Buffet, Novotel Brighton Beach

With special thanks to my brother & Accor, Zen and I enjoyed a free scrumptious seafood buffet at the Baygarden restaurant. On a Saturday night, this was worth $62 per person! Novotel Brighton Beach offers panaromic views of the airport and seaside. The restaurant captures this stunning environment with outdoor seating and a tropical interior design.
Se Jong Korean, Campsie

Se Jong (Korean Restaurant), Campsie

This is ultimately my favourite Korean restaurant! The service is excellent (I love how they cook the food for you), the staff are super friendly and they really care about their customers. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon after the lunch operating hours and they were more than happy to re-open for just a table of two! However, the best thing about this restaurant is it's price and authenticity.
Spanish Tapas, Glebe

Spanish Tapas Restaurant (Glebe)

We chose the Spanish Tapas Restaurant because of it's capability to cater for large crowds. Here, we had a reunion of 20 from Strathfield Girls High School, class of 2001. I hadn't seen most of these girls since 2001! The staff were really helpful and ensured that we had a variety of tapas and paella. The atmosphere is rich and lively. We also got to enjoy a performance by the flamenco dancers!
